DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery is available along with setup within Christchurch and surrounding areas. This must be arranged and confirmed 1 month prior to your event taking place. Associated costs will apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY

From time to time Events get cancelled or even change date and we understand. Booking deposits are non refundable, however a change in date can be negotiated if items are available to suit at no charge.

PAYMENT METHOD

You will receive a booking deposit invoice on confirmation of detail, this can be paid by bank deposit.

 

The final invoice must be paid no later than seven (7) days prior to the event; and, if payment is not made in accordance with these terms, the supplier reserves the right to cancel the event upon giving two (2) working days notice in writing.

CARE AND RESPONSIBILITY

The Customer will take good care of and will not cause or allow any damage to be done to any fittings or equipment. The Customer will make good and pay for any damage whatsoever (including accidental damage), which is caused by any act or default or neglect of the Customer or by any of the Customer’s guests, or by any person attending the venue by reason of its use by the Customer for the event.
