Frequently asked questions
By paying the booking deposit, you confirm the hire of the equipment and lock in your event date. The deposit also signifies your acceptance of our terms: 1. The booking fee is non-refundable if the event is cancelled for any reason. 2. The final invoice must be paid no later than seven (7) days before the event. If payment is not made on time, we reserve the right to cancel the event with two (2) working days' notice in writing. 3. You are responsible for taking good care of the equipment and will be liable for any damage, including accidental damage, caused by you or your guests.
